To an authorized driver of a car must be 25 or older with a BIOS fully licensed, no license. Her father is assumed that all additional drivers to sign an additional driver form at the rental counter. It would be in grave danger if something happens to the vehicle while driving, as it allows run unauthorized, unlicensed driver of the car. It is not permissible and are not covered by it ... for you, do not drive the car!

Very unlikely. You have to drive a registered driver with the rental of the car. Most companies require you to 25 years or older are registered to the driver.

It would break the lease with the leasing company. If you were by the police, as long as you with your father that are legal under arrest.

If you had an accident, you may be treated by an insurance company car your father, but they can refuse for reasons that have the claim. Who was driving the car hire illegals because they are not registered as a driver with the car.

I do not think you are. I'm pretty sure everyone can drive a car and must be over 21 years, and it will be for registration. I recommend not to drive when you can have only one license to happen and not worth the effort.

You can not drive. You must have a valid driver's license and most companies have a minimum age for operators.
